I have chosen to answer the question of Ruins as part of my AS Photography Exam. I have chosen this topic due to it being quite versatile and I believe that it will allow me to photograph urban landscape which is a subject that really interests me. Another reason for choosing this topic is because I am interested in photographing abandoned buildings and the different elements of decay. Within this project I will be focusing in taking images of abandoned buildings, up close images of decay such as mould and rust as well as black and white images of landscapes where I will experiment with the different materials and ways of presenting my work which links to my chosen theme.
