Molly Brydie

Timm Suess is a photographer that focuses on photographing abandoned structures; in 2009 he travelled to Chernobyl, Ukraine and Pripyat. These images he had taken from those destinations feature very bright and colourful places the images tend to have a radial and symmetrical composition. His engagement of his subject matters seem to be distant as well as his angles he has taken his images seem to be straight on. I feel his style of work with looking at abandoned structures will work the best with my over all topic of ruins as many of my photoshoots I have planned, are looking at different abandoned structures. So I will easily be able to use the style of Suess’s work to help develop my own ideas.
